Some clients may wish to go through what is called "The Series." It is also referred to as the Ten Series. The Ten Series is a recipe, and is not orthodox.
Over the years I have come to realize that to get the best results we usually end up doing more like 12 sessions, sometimes even a bit more. It’s best to reach the goals of each session before moving on.
Before we begin The Series, we will determine your goals as well as the best course of action to take.
We start The Series by working on what is considered the "sleeve.” In other words, we begin to unwind and unravel held patterns on a more accessible level.
Further on we begin to work on what are considered “core” sessions. During this time, we address deeper structures and relationships within and throughout the body.
Finally, we help your body find ways to embody and integrate these new found changes. Integration.
Each session lasts a little over an hour, with roughly a week to two weeks between each session.
